ABSTRACT: Light influences behavior and physiology in myriad ways. The melanopsin-expressing, intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells (ipRGCs) project throughout the brain to mediate diverse functions. This seminar will center on new behavioral functions for these ipRGCs.
