Hundreds Attended Exhibit & Reception: Cajal's 'Beautiful Brain'

Breath-taking exhibit at UNC's Ackland Museum continues through April 7

Nearly 300 members of the Duke neuroscience community attended this very special event on Monday night, Feb. 4, at UNC's Ackland Art Museum in Chapel Hill! The museum is exhibiting the famous drawings of Santiago Ramón y Cajal, known as the father of neuroscience for his intense study of the brain's structure and function. Sponsors were DIBS and the Department of Neurobiology in the Duke School of Medicine.

If you were unable to attend, you may still see the exhibit, which will be at the Ackland through April 7, 2019. For more information about the exhibit and several scheduled public events, please click HERE.
