Inclusion & Power Dynamics Workshop Series Held in October 2018

DIBS, the Duke Office of Faculty Advancement, and the Office of the Vice Dean for Faculty in the School of Medicine are sponsoring a series of workshops in October focused on inclusion and power dynamics. Faculty, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, residents, research associates, and staff are invited to attend a series of practical, informative workshops on serious issues such as:

• Identifying and addressing unprofessional behavior in the workplace
• Understanding Duke resources available to address inappropriate behaviors
• Gaining new perspectives on the role of power in professional relationships
• Developing skills in navigating the difficult conversations these issues raise
