Hometown: Scottsdale, Arizona

Current research: I’m working in Dr. Tobias Egner’s lab in the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience under postdoc Anthony Sali. We are working on cognitive flexibility during task switching and the cost that accompanies attention shifting.

My thoughts on neuroscience education: I couldn’t be happier to be a neuroscience major; I absolutely love it. One can’t forget that the faculty are amazing too.

What jump-starts my brain: Knowing that we can be learning about something in class that was only discovered a week earlier.
