Director of Analytics and Informatics

Dr. Michael supports Duke research groups in study design, quality control, pre- and post-processing, and analyzing brain data through both conventional statistical methods and machine learning protocols. He is an electrical engineer with a Ph.D. in Imaging Science from the Chester F. Carlson Center at Rochester Institute of Technology. Before joining Duke, Dr. Michael was an assistant professor and director of the brain imaging laboratory at Geisinger Health System.
