Director of Communications
Dr. Vahaba supports the DIBS communication efforts in part by sharing science stories about the latest brain research findings at Duke and the scientists doing the research. He earned his Ph.D. in Neuroscience & Behavior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Before joining Duke, Dr. Vahaba was a visiting professor in biology and neuroscience at Smith College, focused on infusing science communication skills and enthusiasm in the classroom.
