DIBS Celebrates Foundational Duke-Authored Neuroscience Textbook and Announces Laboratory for Brain Exploration
On September 7, our brain science community at Duke gathered at The Cube for LocoPops and to celebrate two major achievements. We first toasted our associate director Len White along with DIBS members Jennifer Groh and Scott Huettel for the seventh edition of their foundational Neuroscience textbook that was initially published 25 years ago in 1997. Afterward, DIBS interim director Alison Adcock announced the Laboratory for Brain Exploration, which will transform The Cube inside and out with innovative visualization tools to illuminate the beauty of the brain for all to admire and be inspired by.
